Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Driving throughout Orange & Sullivan County (Company Car)
- Conducting Energy Audits in client’s homes
- Testing of heating and cooling systems
- Blower door tests (tests air tightness of home)
- Inspection of electrical appliances
- Health and safety testing
- Guide clients through the entirety of their projects, answer their questions, inform them of the results from their audit, and discuss the options for their project.
Applicants must have:
- A valid driver’s license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A valid BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification (preferred)
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
Experience:
- Energy Auditing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
